Wanted: Adv Forum w/ Rss

I have been looking for days for a good forum that includes RSS feed for every category/subcategory. I dont even thin vBulletin has this feature.
I tried phpBB and SMF but their RSS mods do not work correctly.
Also, SEO urls is a plus if there are any forums out there with SEO urls

Please help me find a decent forum that includes RSS feature.

are you looking to have RSS posted to your forums or to have outgoing capabilities for RSS from your forum?

While phpbb is not a quality product, it does have both abilities:
Do a search for a addon called "FIND" to allow for automated posting to your forum, or a search for "RSS" to enable outgoing RSS feeds.

For SEO from phpbb, just do a quick seo search on their sight as well.
