Want to have blog site built for me

sorry about my other post, in which i have received a few replies about people selling their own blogs

i want to have a blog built for me, but i know nothing about blogging

all i know is that i want a patriotic themed blog

preloaded with patriotic/military blog content if possible

the blog itself in the center

and two site-wide columns on both sides of the center blogging material

does that make sense ?

So you want a blog with a left and right sidebar? Do you have a cms in mind, like wordpress, or does this need to be a custom made blogging system?
