How many months are you paying?

Notice your a new member how would transcation be handled ? Escrow? Etc. Who pays fees and etc.

For TM typos anywhere from 12-24 months depending on the name. For generics much more.

CamMk27 - Thanks for policing the forums, but I'm still interested in the domains - please keep this thread live. The names you sent me did not fit the criteria I laid out in the original post. And thanks for the bump!

Just to clarify, though, I'm looking for domains with type-in traffic and parked revenues. Generic or TM typos. Not mini-sites. Not domains with 2,000 backlinks. Not domains that depend on search engine traffic. Not domains that "would be great with just a little bit of development work." I want domains with type-in traffic. I pay appropriately.
