I need to find somebody who is a good designer, but also with more knowledge than me when it comes to making some money maker type sites. I wanna explore every type of avenue while doing this.

Sports Appearal Site

URL Shortener Site

Real Estate Money Make Site

Celebrity News Site


And many more(more ideas you have the better, this is just off the top of my head), basically any type of standard site that somebody has, I want to create a new site for. You should be able to make develop sites/blogs that will produce highly clickable adsense links, and really focus on getting people to click affiliate links.

I want these sites to make money with adsense as well as affiliate codes and ebay selling.

We have numerous sites such as you mention here. What is your knowledge of development? Do you have sites you have developed to further explain a starting point from which you are deriving your preferences? What sort of advertising and off site SEO do you do to drive traffic?
