Can you explain in a little more detail about how much maintenance has to be done, how much time has to be dedicated to the site etc.?

Maintenance that is required is pretty much bare... unless there are updates. The updates are pretty much easy to do as well. There is an admin panel where you go in an approve, disapprove, pend, etc.. for the articles that have been submitted. I try to get them once a day but when I travel sometimes they pile up but nothing to major on maintenance wise. hope this helps.

How much time has been dedicated to the site. Well the main setup and editing the back end so the ads display etc.. that is all done via admin panel. I would say about a full week of playing around getting things all in place.
