domain Vuwl.com Appraisal Please

Hello everyone its nice talking to you. Could anyone be kind enough to give me an appraisal for my domain Vuwl.com please as im looking into selling the domain along with the website.

4 characters and no numbers

its a .com

approx 3500 - 4000 unique visitors a month with proof from statcounter
current pagerank of 1 but will most likely go up on the next update to a predicted 4 or 5 apparently but obviously dont hold me to that.

its prenouncable and brandable

its currently a web directory with a webmasters forum and website tools.

If i sell i would like to sell with the website, members etc (currently 1681 members)

its only been online for just over 4 months.

oh i forgot to mention that it also comes with Vuwl.net, vuwl.org and vuwl.info

thankyou :D Thats around what i was thinking myself. I know that LLLL.com domains are going to go up in value so im going to keep hold of it for a little while and then maybe auction it.

the name alone = low $xxx

with the traffic its mid-high $xxx

Any Revenue?? I don't think it makes it into the $x,xxx range but definitely mid-high $xxx. without the traffic high $xx - low $xxx
