Its a currently active spanish Android website with close to 30.000 pageviews a month. Its generating a small profit through adsense but I don't have time to maintain it anymore.

Do you have any idea of how famous and important those portals are? The fact that its a trademark has no relevance in this case.

Well I guess once someone has a trademark for a name, you can NOT use the name for the same class business, without the trademark owner permit, IMO. Exception may be general public word which can never get trademark without an additional mark as a logo or color differences. But I am not a TM lawyer, so just my opinion.

The name itself doesnt have much value so I guess the best would be to try selling it based on its revenue. Why isnt it making adsense profit?
