"Virtual Real Estate" is going to happen .. period, it may be another 3-5 years before it is common place but it is a trend that is slowly happening. It's where I'm headed before the herds do ... It's where I plan to make my next million .... There was an E-Book released not long ago, I didn't buy it so I don't know the specifics but I believe it was called HyperVRE which I think stood for Virtual Real Estate... I did some thinking today and came up with these...

vrelicense.com
vrelicenses.com
vrelicensing.com

These three would be good for a business that would track and issue 'virtual licenses' for the "Virtual Real Estate" agents when the trend becomes mainstream. There is always a company that tracks the track record of busineses etc - I think these would be great domains for such a company ..

vreproperties.com

This is an obvious one ....

Thoughts on whether these are good pickups ?

Eh, where exactly is this "trend" happening at all? What I've seen are certain individuals or businesses try to make that term fly and get popular and it hasn't even come close to sticking. Ironically, searches for virtual real estate now seem to be more for virtual tours of homes. Virtual in general is almost like cyber and portal, a word of the past that's just not as catchy as it used to me.

The 'VRE' might not stick ... but the BUSINESS of virtual real estate is what I was talking about. The whole reason I asked about the domains I registered is what you mentioned to a T - that's why I was wondering if they were

a) brandable
b) a total waste
c) somewhere in between the two
