I'm extremely excited about this recent acquisition. Fitness and gaming seem to be the top two niche's for the virtual reality platform. Estibot estimates fitness dot com to be valued at over $1 million dollars.

fitness is top keyword for sure! in top extension .com its a guaranteed value domain!
after this, for other tlds... you have more of gamble as you know.

but the good news is.. you have great keyword for VR...

Fitness and weight loss is a big business. Per articles I've read, people are spending over $60 billion per year on weight loss products and services. People are still gaining weight as a nation and our health is getting worse.
Studies say that over 95% of people who lose weight gain it back?
I myself am that part of that statistics. I lost 50 pounds and gained about 30 pounds back when i stopped working out.
Combine fitness along with the hype of the Virtual Reality world, and I believe you have made a solid investment.
I would go as far (if possible) to acquiring the .com.
