Vps, whm -> Setting up nameserver

Howdy,

I'm trying to setup my very own nameservers via WHM.
I have a vps now so I think it should be possible.

I went to my dynadot account and changed the domains nameserver
to ns1.glse.net and ns2.glse.net of my domain (glse.net) // also added the ip addresses as stated below

WHM says those are my nameserver ip's:
72.18.203.114 ns1.glse.net
72.18.203.115 ns2.glse.net


What am I supposed to do to setup my own nameservers ?
I think I need to make glse.net my main domain but I have no clue how, currently I just see an IP address when I try to connect via ftp.
