Does anyone know of a service that pays per Sound Ad played?

Im running a hosting site and could offer over 10 Million Voice ads per month...

Yes 10 Million and growing fast

basically I allow users to stream media from my site.. Im going to make it so that a Voice ad is played before their media.

I dont know if there are any programs that will support this, but Im sure I could find someone private.

My estimate for this would be like $2000 per million voice ads played

I have no idea how effective they are, its something I want to test out.

Yahoo does, movie trailer places.. etc I figure it must be a big market if they are doing it.

I would imagine voice ads are more effective then banners and text, they are more direct to the visitor, and ad Blockers...etc wont detect them and block them out. And if they do block them out then user wont be able to stream the media in the first place.

I should start a campaign with a dummy site selling something, and see how much traffic I can get to it

i saw hotconference.com and it's very expensive for audio/video conferencing before i thought while on this media people would be convinced to click via voice prompts on the voice ads but you need to be in a "conference" room to do this? so you're saying voice ads can be placed on any plain web site and let the voice do the talking or convincing?

how about those visitors that don't have their speaker turned on or if they hear the voice ads just turns off their speakers and heads on visiting another site? will you be marketing to a few people with that kind of services? and besides prompting people to click on ppc ads is illegal and also saying like "click here" or "push here" is illegal will there be a future for voice ads on ppc ads?

not sure if you quite get what Im doing...

I get 10 Million Streaming Audio Requests per month, now before that media is streamed to the receiver, they will hear a voice AD.

yeah the reason why i mentioned that site is for possible tie up with them, because they offer such an expensive pricing scheme just to stream voice for their server. can you copy and paste here what exactly the voice say?

it can be anything, would be like a radio advertisement

how do you track clicks or responses here? tv and radio says there's no way to tract their ads but only by the buyer's response on the product when the product receives so much demand for that day the scheduled tv or radio ad was released. is this similar here?

so i've started this campaign service on my site, and it seems to be a huge success, my traffic has never been higher for sites advertised.

I just need a place to promote the selling of my "adspace" any ideas where I can do this?
