Virus attack on my pc

my computer is infected by a virus. antivirus software couldnt detect that virus. i tried all softwares. the problem is that when ever i open a file a duplicate file with same name automatically creates. and when i click that file explorer opens. do anyone have its solution?

What scanner are your running? How do you know its a virus if your current scanner didint detect it? :S Anyway get AVG, that is a free probably better scanner then you are running it should pick it up, if it doesnt Ill help you further then.
