Value is hard to place, because every domain at some point has a buyer.
But I would not go and put a down payment on a vehicle thinking this domain will carry the payments.

It's clever but you need to find the end users. That's a hard thing to do because by then, they'll have a name.

It's a game of words. RealiTY - RealiTeam. Sounds similar and i think it is a good name for a developer team. Somebody like, somebody don't
