What names did you get in the .vip?

I didn't get the one I wanted which was realty.vip

I'm not getting into .vip. But for those who believe in it, I'd suggest investing in flight and club related domains.

i think flight, club, hotel, gambling, party, ticket, and travel domains fit well with .vip. I also think party cities such as las vegas could do well. I could also see services that cater towards vip's such as limos or private jets doing well.

I was reluctant to invest too much into another new TLD but to be safe I just grabbed one that I think has really good brand potential and would fetch a decent price soon as we start seeing some sales being registered for the .vip domains then I will price my .vip domain and stick it on the market place.

** Just by the way, interesting to note that you can't list .VIP domains for sale yet on Sedo, as they come up as "invalid domain name"***.... lol, I guess they haven't updated their database yet to include .vip

Nice one dude, I think the .VIP domains would actually end up generating some decent sales revenue. I would imagine that these would be mainly in the single word and relevant domain names. Good luck with ur sales dude.. I'm sure you've picked up some nice ones based on ur previous comment, I agree totally with ur suggested picks...

thanks. yea, i agree with the single word and relevant domain names being the good ones for this tld. i can't really see things not being related to vip's taking off. but you never know. and yea i think i picked up some decent ones, but i guess the market will decide if they're actually decent or not. will probably have to hold onto them for a while, but thats okay. good luck to you too.

no, they don't. you could buy a premium for $880 and the renewal would only be the base renewal of $30 or so. this is way better than a lot of other gtld's that have come out recently.

Instead of 'TOP', 'VIP' is primarely a 'person related TLD' and not really a generic one.
So investing in this TLD by connecting it with general terms is a relative high risk in my opinion.
But of course, if the choosen terms / names are related to 'vip, rich, luxury etc...' in some way, they may have chances to find an enduser some day.

I personally only like platin.vip from your mentioned ones - good luck with it.
