Villas.com went for EUR 305,000 or USD 478,149 at Greatdomains.com auction. The bidding war lasted for damn 3 hours! :gn:

Another notable sale was Doctor.net for USD 21,760. I personally believe it was great buy.

Damn I thought Villas.com would "eventually" go for a mill + at least, you can't even buy one fancy villa for that !

Yeah, it did pass the reserve. The reserve range was something like EUR 100000 - 249000

I think both of those sales are steals. Doctor.net is especially cool, highly develop able.

In France, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Cyprus, Italy and most of the smaller islands in the Mediterranean I would say Yes, Villas is a very BIG word.

....and in alot of the Caribbean islands too !

It's a great name with a nice price tag. Prolly somebody looking to develop might have acquired it.
