Was just searching domains, when I came across videorama.org... A pretty good amount of domain extensions were taken, even some cctlds. This is pretty much the first domain I've found that a "top 3" was available, with other extensions going into the cctlds being taken.

So, is it worth anything? Got 5 to decide if I want to keep it... starting now!

I'd say drop :)

One for drop! If that's the general consensus I'll wait a day or two. No need to call a few minutes after I registered it. :tu:

By the way... for anyone who wants to say it may have development potential... I'm not really up for developing it. So it's either hold onto and do nothing for the time being or just drop it!

Bump - how good do you all think my chances of a quick flip for something like mid $xx are? I was browsing some other extensions, and there seem to be some pretty developed adult sites in the ccTLDs already setup. There are also some random video businesses setup (I don't believe there is any TM issue, at least I hope not) Maybe they will be interested. Time to find out.

If its taken at every other extension (and it appears to be) it has more value. Maybe you or I or the domainer next door don't love the product name but the general public and registrations seem to contradict our learned values at times.

As for a quick flip you never know. When I buy something like this I tend to hold for at least a month and wait until the product has some level of interest or when someone posts asking for related doms.

That's one of the reasons I grabbed it. I either use EuroDNS or Moniker to do my searches, and on EuroDNS, 21 other extensions were taken, so I was a bit surprised to see the .org available. Then the thought of a flip came into mind.

Rep to you both, if anyone else has any input, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
