.mobi Video upload question

I have the domain name FilmMe.mobi, i would like to know if anyone can point me in the right direction with regards how to uploading these videos to my site.

Right ok have got some idea now.

Person registers @ filmme.mobi
Given unique id
Person sends mobile clip of themselves to unique id @ filmme.mobi
Mobile clip reviewed and if acceptable is viewable to public.
Sell ad space and become as popular(rich) as the others
