.mobi Looking for photo album application for .mobi

I am looking for an open source or affordable photo/video album type script for a .mobi site. I would like for users to be able to upload photos or video from their mobile to the site. Then they should be able to create slideshows, etc. Kind of like Slide.com. Then they should be able to play the slideshow or videos on their mobile unit.

If anyone knows of an available program like this, or could create one, please let me know.
