Very unique idea for Content and wordpress

So I am looking for a developer who would possibly like to go partners with this idea If I give it to them I would need them to sign a contract it would revolutionize the way people get paid for content and websites receive content. It would drive a lot more traffic to website for content writers wanting to get paid and to read stories
