Very SIMPLE Header Needed

We are looking to have a couple of very SIMPLE headers created (approximately 975px x 175 px) for the following sites:

Headers should have a blue background and white letters. Perhaps a blue pattern for the background instead of solid blue?

Site #1's background should have a basketball net on the left-side and BRACKETOLOGY360 next to the net

Site #2's background should have an American flag on the left-side and VITAL STATISTICS next to the flag
