domain Very Established Portal Sites - Just curious

Over the past 5 years or so I have created and promoted a series of niche fishing and hunting websites for my particular region of the world. All 4 sites are now the #1 website of their kind and have a steady growth of free members (for forum use and email list subscription). I got word that someone may possibly be interested in purchasing these sites from me so am curious what NP members feel they may be worth.

The sites are:

www.novascotiafishing.com (averaging 21,000 unique visits per month in 2007)

www.novascotiahunting.com (averaging 22,700 unique visits per month in 2007)

www.newbrunswickfishing.com (averaging about 5000 unique visits per month in 2007 but a much newer site)

www.newbrunswickhunting.com (averging about 3000 unique visits per month in 2007 but a much newer site)

The sites have some paying advertisers in addition to the adsense on them.

I feel it is time for me to decide if I should really focus hard on them, or possibly sell them and focus my attention elsewhere.

Would welcome any appraisals or comments you may have.

Very nice! I'd redouble my efforts and focus hard on them, you might be able to increase your earnings potential by quite a bit.

An exercise I recently learned is to just take a real break. Don't even look at a site for a few days or even a week. Put it totally out of your mind.

Then come back to it as if you'd just spent money to acquire this site and you're the new owner. What needs to be done to improve it? To improve earnings? Bring new members? And so on.

It's helped me really refocus and increase my earnings from several projects, because it's exactly the way a buyer will approach your site if they buy it. "What can I do that the other guy wasn't doing to increase traffic and earnings?"

very nice sites, and very good traffic. the value should be around 5-7 years of revenue. also, I wouldn't sell all of them at the same time.
