Established Very active Nissan Forum for sell

I have a Nissan Navara forum with over 1.5K members. The site gets on average around 5 new members a day and around 50K page views. 3 very active mods are in place so you do not have to do anything.

The site also brings in on average $150.00+ a month. Some months were well over 200 but at least 150.00 each month.

I have owned the site for around 8 months but because this is a UK truck and I live in the US I really do not feel I can add on much value to the site. The mods have been great and do all the work but I want a forum in which I can be more active in. The new owner of this site must agree to keep it a forum and not park it. We have so many members that are active and would hate me if I sold it to someone who just parked the site.

I am entertaining offers in the 3k range and will provide stats to those who are serious about purchasing.
