Probably something you aren't used to, this forum is based around a teen audience and video games. However, it is large. Age range of members is average 16-25. Site was redone in January with brand new vbulletin database after new hosting switch and our current stats since then are

^remember, that is over a span of 2 months. There is a new post just about every 2-5 minutes at all times during the day.
We had 5k members before during the months of January 07 to November 07 before the remodel, this can be proven here. Alexa rank stays constant at about 50,000 and we have very high and constantly unique traffic. The total number of pages that contain links to

10-12k uniques a month, 50-60k visitors a month.
Pagerank - 2
Revenue of about $200-$250 a month off of google ads.
$150/month since coming to clicksor ads.
Plus $30 "private" membership donations which come at about 3-4/month.
And $10 package payments which come at around 10+ month, vary greatly, all proceeds would switch to your account.
This site has been around for 2 years to the date, and has a community that is veryyy permanent and concreted to the domain. The traffic of this site will never leave.
Site is worth about $17,000 according to an appraisal at dnscoop.com, and $9,500 according to estibot.
You must have your own server to host this website on, but I will help will the transfer of everything.
The reason I am trying to sell the site is not due to any problems within it, I simply need college money and am trying to buy my own car currently. The site is actually more active than it has ever been, and seems to be increasing in activity. I will set the BIN at $9,000 but I do not think I could accept any less than $5,000 (still kinda connected to site emotionally lol).
