Natixis Wealth Management has launched a WIPO Case against the owner of VegasFinance.org, The domain name was registered on January this year along with the .Net but only one WIPO case has been raised, Also the Dot Com was sold in December 2019 is it at risk too?

I looked up the term "Vegas Finance" and "VegasFinance" on TESS and I couldn't find anything. You think they're just trying to scare tactic the person who registered it into giving it up?
