Vector Conversion for Spreadshirt

I can't figure out vector conversion for Spreadshirt.

I have a simplified version of the attached image in PSD format, have tried tracing with flash mx, and recreating in free vector tools, but I just can't get it to their specs.

I don't have the two tools listed (Corel Draw/Trace and Adobe Illustrator), but I've had it down to three colors (red, off-white and black) and traced the lines down to what I thought were the right specs, but Spreadshirt has denied me twice.

If anyone has ideas here (It's for putting the logo on a DARK item using flex/flock) let me know..

Or if you have a proposal for a quick conversion, shoot. Again, the attached is not the original, and I would hope you'd have had experience w/spreadshirt and would guarantee your design if the converted image is rejected for failing their spec (if I paid you).
