Will Pay for Vector Format

I need someone to make my logo in vector format. I used to have the files in vector format but my computer crashed and now I only have the jpeg image. I will pay through paypal to the first person that can convert my logo into a high quality vector format so I may resize it without distortion.

The only logo I need in vector format is the vbooker website, I don't need any of the other ones.
