Who is the contact point for .vc domain names.

All mails sent to their ids are bouncing back?.

Anyone have any infos on this?

Tucows the controlling registry is not responding to my mails too.

I want a domain that i dint renewed for more than 5 years to delete. But they are not deleting it.

hookah is correct with the email address
Through experience I've found you have to submit any requests through your registrar.
Its up to them to contact and resolve and issues with the registry..but you can try.
