Check out what I got in my mail today:

Today, it has been announced that Jelsoft Enterprises Limited has been acquired by Internet Brands, Inc., a leading provider of automotive, travel and home-related sites and communities.

As part of a larger organisation, with more than 500 employees, Jelsoft has access to additional resources, support and business expertise which will ensure that we can continue to grow and flourish. Products will continue to be actively developed and fully supported, and as time goes on you will begin to see noticeable changes and improvements that are made possible by being part of a larger organisation.
A big million deal in my eyes, hope the quality will not fall down..

To me it seems that Internet Brands Inc. is going out of their territory now, as what does autos have to do with forum software? Oh well, hopefully vBulletin just becomes better.

Well, you can use vBulletin while you're on vacation to a resort you found from Vamoose, in a car you traveled in which you bought at Autos.com, and paid for with Loan.com. :notme:

Interesting purchase...

Well, now that's being creative!

Only time can tell how this is going to benefit vBulletin.

Not really, they own many community based websites (IE: forums / Wikis). ;)

GreenHybrid.com is a community driven site that is a leader in consumer information for the rapidly growing hybrid market.
FlyerTalk.com is the foremost online community for travelers to discuss frequent flier and other travel loyalty programs, covering everything from reward redemption to more general travel topics.
World66.com is also a leading and rapidly growing worldwide travel guide based on wiki technology. The site has extensive travel listings and reviews on hotels, restaurants, and things to do.
