Does your domain have to have a historical record for it to be valuable?

What variables other than google searches and brandable words should be used to value a domain?

I would really appreciate this!

- The amount of revenue it brings
- The rarity of the domain

It says that NS history: 45 changes on 18 unique name servers over 3 years
What does that mean if I may ask?

Just to repeat, does the domain have to have a historical value?

It means that website has been changed 45 times, has "lived" on 18 different servers, over the past 3 years.

No. There are other criteria including what I mentioned above.
