Value to 3 number domains? (Will donate 1$NP for good response)

Domain Names like 799.Net, what value do you think it's worth, and with all extensions the difference in values, for example what is it in .biz, .com, .us etc?

Also I noticed some 3 number domains available for .us but it won't let me register it, are there blocks on owning certain names?

I think anything with an 8 in front must not be allowed?

An undistinguished three number domain name is worth more than an undistinguished three letter name. The reason is they are rarer. There are only 900 three number names against 17,574 letter names. Three number domains actually start at 100. The domains 000 to 099 are not numbers because they begin with a zero. If someone asks you how old you are? you do not say 029 years or whatever age you are.
