domain Value of a PR 5 Domain?

I recently learned that my domain, www.squares.ws has a google page rank of 5/10. I don't really know how much that would affect the value of this domain. Could someone please tell me, and also say how much that domain is worth?

The value is there only if the PR really comes from the Backlinks that the domain has. Often domains are 301 redirected to another domain and they achieve a high PR from that.

There's a way to check that though. I checked this one and the PR of 5 is real.

I wouldn't begin to understand how to do that, but like the other guy said, this one is real.
