domain A possible PR 6 domain - value?

I just regged the domain bubmail.com which looks to have a Google PR of 6/10 at prchecker.info...

I'm just curious what value this might add to the name.

Actually, that PR is forged. Its not actually a PR6.

Does the "forged" PR add any value to the domain if it's developed or is it just as if it was a 0 PR domain?

Forged PR means the PR isnt actually true. The domain was forwarded to another. So in this case, PR is irrelevant. The truth is, PR simply is a "tool" that Google uses to say this site is popular or not. So, PR can be an indicator of traffic levels, thats the only thing that makes PR relevant.
