I think that the .sc ext itself is pretty weak, let alone .com.sc if you were thinking about private subdomains
Most of the time (but not always) people prefer to register under 2nd level directly.
IMO this one would be worth little more than the going rate for a LLL .sc

I registered a top level domain (not a third level name). The top level name i registered was of the form www.com.extension
(e.g. www.business.extension - that type of reg with the "com" being the name instead of "business")
Whatever the extension, I'd offer $1,000 for it, if this domain can be legally transferred, the annual reg fee is under $150, and the ccTLD has an English language registrar site.
