domain Value of a .com domain - everydayneedz .com

I am new to selling domains, and I wanted to check for how much a domain like everydayneedz (.com) sell for? I have owned this domain for around 2 years now and I am not going to make a website on this, any ideas please?

It's only regged in 10 extensions with the proper spelling. If you don't plan to develop it, let it drop, imo.
