I have owned YourSite.mobi for a while now and have planned to develop a site later this year.

If i was looking to sell this now what do you think it was worth is anything?

I don't think it has much value in todays market. I could imagine it developed as website with information about mobile website development or hosting of subdomains for mobile websites. example.yoursite.mobi

I agree the .mobi extension never really took off. Maybe you can develop a site which can automatically convert a person's current site into a mobile website. Just an idea!
