Established Vacation/Real Estate PR3 for Sale

Hey everyone. I am selling off my real estate site HomeOwnerVacationRental.com

I started the site in November and added some non-unique articles to the site. I did some link exchanges and started to bring traffic to it but never got much done after that. The site has made some adsense revenue but not much. As I stated, I had bigger hopes to try and get SE traffic coming to this site but never did. Here is some stats over the site:
