I just won this name in an auction and I want to know how much I can sell this thing for. "U Work" is what comes to my mind when I see it. Anyone that responds to this, please give a price range in your appraisal, without being too vague. How much could I sell it to a domainer? How much to a end buyer? Thanks-

Edit- After already winning this auction, I've made the claim. I'm sorry for asking you all for an appraisal for a domain I had won, yet not finalized, however, It is technically official now.

I fixed things, and made the final purchase. I sold a random textbook to make it happen.

Guys who were rude: I DID NOT PLAN FOR THIS TO HAPPEN! This was no evil plot against the world of domaining. This was an error on my part. However, I still managed to take responsibility and make ends meet. Your welcome, and I forgive you.
:red:

Great, ya fixed something you shouldn't have done in the first place, Mr. Cocky!

Fixing things is what I do. I'm a problem solver. I also seem to learn things the best way, which happens to be the hard way. I'm better than most of you, but I'll share my grace with all of you.

anymore appraisals?

I believe that my honest reply to this egotistical quote from you,
can only be written in a "pm" to you.

Any input is good input. There's no such thing as a dumb "pm", and I'd be glad entertain the idea of reading it, as long as you start using some class.

Are you serious???

Who really knows anymore.. :loveyou:

If you have to ask, you'll never know. Let's just say people name their children after me, countries have fought wars for me, and Argentinian women have wept over me. I'm kind of a big deal.

I'm actually just kidding. It was in response to whoever said I was cocky, so I figured I might as well be cocky for the rest of this thread. It is to be taken lightly. If you can't take it lightly, then feel free to whine about it, noone's stopping ya. :xf.love:

You should also feel free to give an appraisal, because that's what this thread is for. (let's try to stay on topic. Please go spread your negativity in someone else's thread).

I don't whine.....nor did I spread negativity.

Why do you have trouble staying on topic?

All I did was ask for a clarification.....

I think that I will spread my cheer elsewhere.

Steve, you got a good catch for that price. I'd say easily low xxx towards resellers is fair for both of you. A name like UWRK.com can be broken down to something we all understand: U = You & Wrk= Work (which a lot of us need these days). We all write like this in text messages, don't kid yourself, it's easy to see.

I see someone developing a profitable website on this, whether it be job listings or freelance. Now is a great time to get into the field of cell portability and geo-based apps, and job site's aren't utilizing that to it's full extent yet. If I were you (and you had ALOT of time on your hands) I'd say you should keep it and develop it yourself. If you don't have the time, then Sell it in low hundreds! :imho:

Good luck!

Had the domain been pronounceable or an acronym I would have agreed.
There are members here selling random letter llll.com for $25 Bin so that is what I base my reseller price on.

I would have agreed with you, exsedo, however 99% of those random names have the ugly letters: "qvxyz" it's a fact, go look for yourself. The reason I chose this name is because it doesn't have any of those low-quality letters, which can cripple a domain to the level of which you speak.

My appraisal tries to give a current expectation of value which is by no way a guarantee, its just my opinion. Domainers do tend to collect this type of domain and someone may certainly pay you more for it. However, the fact that you aquired it so cheaply from an auction, suggests that my appraisal is not too far off.

Thanks for the help, but it'd be great to hear some $numbers. I got this domain for basically nothing because it had expired and I swiped it under the radar.

Hey, is that you Halvarez :?:talk:

How much could I sell it to a domainer?

See my appraisal before , otherwise why did you ask one already?

How much to a end buyer?

$9,999,999,999,999,999 and a pair of used socks.

You are very welcome mate.....and please do ask more appraisals!
