2 of your suggestions are good, the rest make you sound like a school kid who's been eating too many e-numbers. For your best chance of promoting your domain, I would edit your list and keep it real,

A search for uwrk.com shows that it has been for sale before with little interest. I would imagine this trend continues.

If you do nothing it will end up being a "should I renew" question whenever it is set to expire.

It isn't going to sell for $700 unless you do something to show its potential. Put it in visible auction and someone may pick it up "under the radar" for $50 or something because it does have some potential....
