Neither, try to find a name that is reasonably good and not a name that is available for hand reg. But if you have that dilemma, you probably don't have a great taste! Sorry for being brutally honest..

I wouldn't consider either. They both read as desperate attempts by a non-English speaker. If you have to run with that Unicorn word, find something that really fits and is cohesive and not these second-rate combinations

"u/You" + tool, platform or verb. No unicorn. Plus the double "u" sounds terrible when said outloud.
