sedo has longer history, more inventory, more sales and also pays ppc
they also sponsor category specific domain auctions in effort to help sellers, and buyers alike who are seeking to acquire such names.
afternic is longtime player too and produces lots of sales from its huge inventory.
however, they don't have auctions like sedo, which i think, gives them a +1 advantage.

Why listing on afternic and Dan is so simple and everything is automatically validated

But why at Sedo you have to manually validate ?

Or am I doing thing incorrect?

best way to list at sedo

1. change nameservers to sedoparking.com
2. then add those names
3. after names are listed, then you can change nameservers to another site or leave at sedo, and they will still remain in your sedo account.

this works every time for me, no problems

No csv import with daaz, csv is much better for import/export

1 : This is true. I have also asked about API to their DaaZ support. And they told me they are working on it.


2 : DaaZ supports Excel import & export option. I also use this option to save my time.


3 : Bulk delete is possible. Excel delete feature gives you freedom to delete any number of domains . Or you can also delete 500 names at a time via DaaZ UI .

4 : I'm using Dan, DaaZ, Sedo, Afternic, Epik, etc. all landing pages for my domains. Dan's landing page is the best.

DaaZ landing pages are ok and certainly they need to improve on that.

I especially like their live chat support widget on each landing page. When my buyer lands on the landing page, if they have questions they can engage the live chat support.


5 : I've not experienced this issue so I can't actually share my opinion on it.


6 : DaaZ support is exceptional. I always ask my doubts to their Live Chat Support Team. And they reply instantly.

I'm not against any platform. All platforms are equally important.
