User made files - copyright trouble?

I got a pretty good idea (Thanks Greatdomainz :tu for a user friendly site where you upload voice clips of you "Screaming" music (its for metal/screamo/all the other catergories) This is a massive thing.

Would i have any trouble with copyright infringement? could i get in trouble for people screaming other bands songs? i'm looking for user made uploads, not songs. I'd have a report system and such to stop that and cut it all down.

What possible trouble could be caused here? Do i need to worry? Should i make a full TOS and such to protect myself? How extreme should/could i go? I really want to try open this. I personally love this stuff and can "Scream"

im no expert here, but if you are only using certain sections of the songs then its allowed i think, kinda like pop idol does, they make them sing a few words from a song as not to pay royalties,

a friend of mine ran a similar site for DJ's users upload sound clips for the top 10 frav tunes so other users can hear tunes etc... he was told as long as he didnt upload over 1 minute he would be fine, but he did have to include in his TOS that all songs etc.. belong to there respective artists (this was from a lawyer)

please dont take it as gospel, just letting you know what he did, and had to do.

Mine is the user "screaming" the song though. Would bands/artists care? they would be credited of what song and such.
