ummmmmmmmmm. yah. Bottom line is they are protecting themselves against what they view to be a potential problem. Its not worth it for them. Considering they own their own company, I'd say they can pretty much do whatever they want.

So Usedharleys Is Owned By Harley Davidison ? I Did Not Know That.
I Did Not Know They Sold Used Harleys. I Wonder If They Own Classic Choppers Or Fat Boys Or Hogs. What About All The People Who Advertise Their Bikes For Sale In Papers Under Used Harleys, I Wonder If That Makes Them Mad Too.

Heres your problem. Harleys is a TMed term - Bottom line - UsedHarley is an infringement on that TM, Sedo probably saw this one comming a mile away. So, instead of tempting fate by selling a TMed domain, they opted simply to remove it.

Do you feel that if Harley sent you a C&D they would be wrong? Or did you buy this for some other use of the word Harley?

I wonder if the OP even bothered to read the fine print.

Then again, most people don't. And that's one reason things like this happen.

Sedo (very rarely) takes preemptive actions on TM's (Just search "disney" or a million other terms) and rather only acts when the TM holder contacts them. Most notably: Anything with the term "olympic" in it.

yea i think sedo is right on this one. Harley in that domain name is where the TM problem arises.

Harley does not like anyone using their names for anything period and will do what it takes to keep it that way.
