Most of these company websites use the same keywords in their Metatags which they want Search Engines to Spider to find them and hopefully bring them up on search results. hopefully on the first page results.
The competition is fierce for these first page spots so many check out each other's metatags and copy the same keywords and put it in their own metatags. Makes it so much easier to find them in a bunch to try to sell to.
so Shoe stores will have the same keywords.
Pharmacies will have the same keywords etc etc.

so use SimilarSites.com to find similar websites i.e. similar endusers.
of course you can use Google for this but seems like SimilarSites.com is more precise and less "noisy".
