Use of trademark names

Hi,

I am thinking of starting a web site for comparison/user rating of various financial products. I was wondering if it is legal to use various trademarks in the content. To use a general example say CITIBANK vs BANK OF AMERICA etc...What is the right way to do it ? Does it need approval from the respective companies.

Comparison sites fall under Fair Use. You shouldn't have any problems.
