Another trademark discussion

I'm looking through my names, and I noticed that one of my names is Forexchanges.com. Now I've owned that since 2006, and it's been with various parking services with a list of Forex services on it. I did a quick check, and it seems that an italian bank owns Forexchange.com and the .co.uk. They also claim the trademark "Forexchange", although they didn't start to use it until 2013.

Should I send them a cease and desist notice for claiming my established name as a trademark?

On the basis of what ? Domain names/brands have to be used to accrue TM rights. You're saying the name is parked, it does not count as active usage.

It's an active list of Forex services - isn't that a use?

Also, I believe that it has to be a unique use for the trademark to be valid. I was there first with the name.
