I was doing some search for trademarks at the US trademark site. Out of my curiosity I checked for NamePros. To my surprise, the trademarked word is NamePro, without s. Am I missing anything?

Word Mark NAMEPRO
Goods and Services IC 009. US 021 023 026 036 038. G & S: computer software used to develop names for products and services. FIRST USE: 19941014. FIRST USE IN COMMERCE: 19941014
AdoptableDomains said:Yes.
Notice the logo at the top of the page. it has the superscript TM notation. If it were a Registered trademark with the trademark office, it would have the circled R ยฎ symbol. It's a common fallacy to think that just because a name isn't registered, that no TM exists otherwise. Namepros is a valid TM without being registered.
Also, look at the trademark on the uspto.gov site and see that it is for a different purpose for computer software, not a web forum. It was also used as far back as 1994, well before this forum was started, and is not an exact match.
