I recently bought lay.us at Sedo. I also picked up dire.us and indecent.us in the last week.

I think xboard.us was bought for traffic/pagerank purposes rather than the name itself. It apparently was an extremely popular technology forum (in Alexa's top 1,000 web sites list), but they moved to exbii.com for some reason and then apparently let the domain expire rather than redirecting it(!) I can't imagine why they would do that. Maybe there were nexus violations or something else to it. Anyone know the story?

What a great city, and domain name. Kind of odd they posted it on Great Domains ... as it actually sold in the regular Sedo site auction. I guess Sedo are trying to co-promote the Great Domains site with Sedo sales.
