Update your list (post), please. PatriotPost.us was never supposed to be included in the 1,000+ .us-only list. The domain forwards from a .com. I had been reading PatriotPost at the time when I transferred a new list of .us-only sites to my post that day and it must have hitched a ride. To make up for this error, I just added 16 more .us-only sites to my list. They're really good ones, too.

Update your list if you have it. Lend.us is forwarding to crosscountrymortgage.com, so you should remove it. My list is currently is at 1,162 .us websites.

FYI, commune.us is now a live site. It sold for $8,000 about two weeks ago.

i think i went to one fo the annual meetings and it seems like the restrictions on non US owners were relaxed, does anyone know if it effects Dan.com's ability to list and sel since they are a non US company, can they hold the names if i use them for landing pages or financed deals?

"A foreign entity or organization that has a bona fide presence in the United States of America or any of its insular areas who regularly engages in lawful activities (e.g., sales of goods or services or other business, commercial or non-commercial, including not-for-profit relations in the United States)."
So any person who meet this rule can own a .US
Actually DAN help some owners to provide a bill of sale ( minimum req.) that show the owners have a bona fide presence in USA

The NEXUS rules are still there as far as I know, but they are rarely if ever enforced anymore.

There was a time many years ago that nexus compliance emails were not that rare. I believe some domains were taken back by the registry... I believe Video.us was taken back twice from different owners because of that.

The entire "bona fide presence" is subjective and ill-defined. It is good they basically don't enforce it anymore.
