There is a .us I'm wanting that shows to expire next month. I've not pursued .us before, but this is a very specific name I want.

I would have thought, like others, it would go through the same process, RGP, etc.

I've been searching around various "snap" sites and haven't come across any that can catch these either.

Can anyone shed some light on the process for .us when expiring, and a service that can snap them?

Thanks!

To tell you the truth I don't know of any places that offer .us snap services. Maybe someone else will have some suggestions if they exist.

I've been Googling around for such a service, but haven't found one. Is it too early for one or something?

perhaps no serious interests in .us domains that's why no backorder services on .us

Thanks for your responses. I've not come up with anything myself. I still can't see the process they go through for drops either, as I would think they would go through an RGP status as well.

Technically, we are a few months from the first major drops. The open .us went live about mid April 2 years ago. with grace periods, the first drops from landrush should be about Late June. Hopefully NW or pool will add this to their services. Although NW has not yet added .biz

Ah, that makes sense. The first domain names actually have to expire before their can be a drop service. I bet NW and Pool will add this feature.
