.us .US domain, but...

Having a .US domain for e few years, but I live in Belgium. Never had problems with registering the domain. But now i wanna sell this domain. Can i sell this, or can they take it away cause i'm not a us resident?

otherwise its stupid to try to sell it if will lose it anyway, right?

You can have the domains taken away if Neustar runs a nexus check on your domains. The chances of this happening are probably pretty low, but I've seen it happen before.

If you want to register .us domains, get a membership at DNOA.org and you get free privacy service which has a USA address.

Actually ... Privacy isn't supposed to be used on .us at All now

Mark is correct. Privacy isn't suppose to be used on any .us domain, but I've seen other people getting around this with DNOA as it isn't a typical privacy service.
